Theopolis

An Imaginary city, Theopolis is in complete opposition to the city of god described by St Augustine. Theopolis not a place of calm and contemplation, it is a place of simulacra, a city desolate and empty, devoid of gods, replete with whispers and ghosts. A places of crisis. These are not spaces to be inhabited in any normal sense of the word. they are spaces where the simulacrum disappear.
